Overview




The Feasa Legend is designed for production environments where the LED count is too high for a standard single-unit analyser. A central Hub controls up to 8 Satellite Analyser modules, each testing up to 20 LEDs simultaneously — giving a fully populated system the ability to test 160 LEDs in a single capture cycle. Multiple Hubs can be combined for assemblies with even higher LED counts.
The Hub connects to a PC via USB or RS232 and communicates with each Satellite via a 6-pin ribbon cable. A 10-pin connector also provides a remote stand-alone mode — allowing pass/fail decisions to be made at the fixture without a PC present, ideal for end-of-line verification in high-throughput environments.
The Legend GUI automatically learns and stores pass/fail criteria for up to 32 different board versions, reducing the complexity and development time of test programs. With a wide dynamic intensity range, it measures very dim and ultra-bright LEDs on the same PCB in a single test cycle — in as little as 0.8 seconds for a full 160-channel capture.
