Overview

The Feasa Functional LED Analyser is a multichannel LED test tool that measures colour and intensity output simultaneously across multiple LEDs in a single test cycle. It operates as a relative tester with the capability of providing absolute units output, and is trusted by production teams worldwide across automotive, medical, consumer electronics and telecoms sectors.
Manufacturing LED-based products at scale is challenging — inherent light and colour variability, BIN ranking uncertainties, and process effects such as soldering can all alter LED characteristics. The Functional Analyser addresses this directly, providing accurate, traceable and repeatable measurements that ensure every LED on your production line meets specification.
It connects via USB or RS232, supports daisy chaining of up to 30 units from a single port, and ships with a comprehensive software suite and DLL/SDK for integration into your existing test station.
Built for production. Trusted globally.
Simultaneous multichannel testing
Test 3, 5, 6, 10 or 20 LEDs in parallel in a single capture cycle. No repositioning, no sequential testing — all channels fire at once, dramatically cutting cycle time on the production line.
USB and RS232 interfaces
USB offers plug-and-play connection with no external power supply required, at baud rates up to 460,800. RS232 also supported. Both interfaces support daisy chaining of up to 30 analysers from a single port.
Rich output parameters
Outputs include RGB, HSI, Dominant Wavelength, CCT, CIE xy and CIE u'v' — giving your test station everything it needs for full LED characterisation and pass/fail decisions.
