Overview




RGB LEDs have transformed lighting design across automotive interiors, consumer electronics and architectural applications β but maintaining consistent colour output across production volumes is a significant challenge. Intensity variability and colour mixing mean that individual calibration may be required to ensure each unit meets its specification.
The Feasa RGB LED Analyser is purpose-built to address this. Using a 2.2mm polished fibre optic β larger than the 1mm fibre used on standard Feasa analysers β it captures light efficiently from RGB LEDs and backlit panels where the light source is diffuse or passes through plastic panelling. It tests intensity, homogeneity, xy chromaticity, Dominant Wavelength and CCT simultaneously across up to 10 channels in a single capture cycle.
Supporting luminance levels from 0.5 cd/mΒ² to 1,000 cd/mΒ², it handles a wide range of RGB and colour-mixed LED applications. Accurate to Β±0.01 @ x=0.33, y=0.33 for monochromatic and RGB colours, with repeatability of Β±0.002 β well within the tolerances demanded by automotive and consumer electronics specifications.

Wide luminance range
Operates from 0.5 cd/mΒ² to 1,000 cd/mΒ² β covering the full range of RGB LED backlit panel applications from dim interior ambient lighting to brighter display panels. No range switching required mid-fixture.
Full colour output suite
Outputs Intensity, CIE xy, CIE u'v', Dominant Wavelength and CCT simultaneously per channel. Feeds directly into pass/fail decisions, SPC reporting and golden-board reference workflows using the Feasa Software Suite.
