Overview

The Feasa High Brightness LED Analyser was developed specifically for testing LED automotive headlights and matrix LED modules in a production environment. Where standard LED analysers saturate at high light levels, the High Brightness model uses specially designed optical heads β with tighter apertures and optical attenuation β to handle the intensity levels found in modern headlight assemblies.
The analyser is capable of testing individual LEDs as close as 1.1mm centre-to-centre, making it suitable for the tight LED spacing found in high-density matrix headlight modules. It is available in both Functional (FB) and In Circuit Test (IB) configurations, with 3, 5, 10 and 20 channel options to match your production line setup.
Like all Feasa analysers, it connects via USB or RS232, supports Daisy Chain for multiple units, and ships with the full Feasa software suite and DLL/SDK for integration into existing test stations.
Built for headlight production. Trusted globally.
Designed for headlight production
Developed specifically to test automotive LED headlights and matrix LED modules at production speed. Handles the extreme intensity levels that saturate standard Feasa analysers β without sacrificing measurement accuracy.
1.1mm centre-to-centre capability
Tests individual LEDs in densely packed arrays with centres as close as 1.1mm apart. Compatible with specialist small-aperture high-brightness optical heads (OH-10, OH-11, OH-10G) for tight geometries.
Functional and ICT variants
Available as Functional (FB β USB and RS232) or In Circuit Test (IB β RS232 and 20-pin port). Both variants available in 3, 5, 10 and 20 channel configurations. Same dimensions as standard Functional and ICT models.
