Overview

The Feasa Display Analyser is an ideal solution for testing automotive flat panel displays on the production line. Unlike LED analysers which test individual LEDs via fibre probes, the Display Analyser uses Luminance Heads positioned directly on the display surface β connected to the multichannel sensing module via 5.2mm armoured fibre patch cords.
Each Display Analyser module supports up to 6 measurement channels simultaneously, testing maximum and minimum luminance, contrast ratio, display homogeneity and xy chromaticity. Multiple modules can be Daisy Chained via USB or RS232 to cover larger displays or increase the number of measurement points. The system has three components β the Display Analyser Module, LU07 Luminance Heads placed on the display surface, and FP05 fibre patch cords connecting them β all of which must be ordered together.
Calibration is performed either in the fixture using the Feasa LED Spectrometer with LU07 Luminance Head, or from a known good display β providing a traceable reference for all subsequent production measurements. Capable of measuring luminance from 0.01 cd/mΒ² to 10,000 cd/mΒ² with a contrast ratio up to 200,000:1.
Built for display testing. Trusted globally.
Full display characterisation
Tests maximum luminance (up to 10,000 cd/mΒ²), minimum luminance (0.01 cd/mΒ²), contrast ratio (up to 200,000:1), display homogeneity and xy chromaticity β all parameters required for automotive display qualification.
Scalable multichannel coverage
Up to 6 measurement channels per module, Daisy Chained for larger displays. Luminance Heads positioned directly on the display surface via 5.2mm armoured fibre patch cords β no optical alignment required at each test.
Spectrometer-traceable calibration
Calibrated in the fixture using the Feasa LED Spectrometer with LU07 Luminance Head for fully traceable measurements. Alternatively calibrated from a known good display β flexible to suit your production workflow.
