Overview




The Feasa ICT LED Analyser is a multichannel LED test tool designed specifically for integration with in-circuit test (ICT) platforms. It measures LED colour and intensity simultaneously across multiple channels in a single test cycle, using individual optical fibre probes — one per LED under test.
Unlike the Functional Analyser, the ICT model communicates via RS232 and a 20-pin addressable port, supporting both Frequency Out and Synchronous Serial output modes. An External Trigger Input allows measurements to be synchronised with an external event such as an LED switching on — essential for ICT environments where timing precision matters.
The ICT Analyser ships with test models for Agilent i3070 and Genrad/Teradyne ICT platforms, plus a full DLL and LabVIEW/C++ programming library for custom integration. It is capable of testing 100 LEDs in less than 3 seconds and supports daisy chaining of up to 30 units via a single RS232 port.

ICT platform integration

External trigger and 20-pin port
The 20-pin addressable port supports Frequency Out and Synchronous Serial modes. The External Trigger Input synchronises LED capture with an external event — ideal for timed or sequenced ICT test programs.
Fast parallel capture
Up to 20 LEDs captured in parallel in as little as 3ms (ultra-high brightness). 100 LEDs testable in under 3 seconds. Read back per fibre is approximately 5ms — total test time scales linearly with channel count.
